Designed to challenge you, empower you and nourish you,
Santosha Warrior Boot Camp is a
ONE DAY RETREAT in or within one hour of toronto, that includes expertly guided cardio, weight-training, yoga, meditation and
Super-charged nutrition. 

​People are craving a break from the over-stimulation and fast-paced schedule of life.  Exercise, eating well, yoga and meditation usually make their way onto many  ‘to do’ lists.  But who has the time (or energy)?
 
Sometimes you need a kick-start or a hit of wellness to keep you on the right track or take you to the next level.  This is why I created these unique and transformational one-day boot camps.

Together, we are building a community of Santosha Warriors. And it all begins with you! 

The PROGRAM

​The PROGRAM for the boot camps has been carefully researched and tested, on retreats around the world.
 It has four components:
  1. Build strength and boost your cardio through high intensity, circuit style bodyweight and core classes
  2. Promote length and flexibility through specialized Yoga and Stretch classes
  3. Fuel the body through super charged foods and drinks
  4. Unite the body, mind and soul through mindfulness meditation​

THE Warrior team

Your instructors and hosts are leaders in their respective fields and represent the best of the best! Not only are they highly skilled and know their stuff, they are PASSIONATE about what they do; they LOVE people, and frankly, they are people you would enjoy having a coffee (or a beer) with!

​THE LOCATION

​Each boot camp will be in a place with great facilities in a beautiful environment where mother nature can work her magic.  Whether it’s an urban escape within the City of Toronto, or within a one hour drive from the City, you’ll feel like you’re a million miles away from the daily grind! 

The FUEL 

We take our fuel source seriously! Delicious, healthy, organic, food and drinks are an important part of the day. Each menu will be planned and prepared by an inspirational holistic nutritionist, who will not only inject love into these tasty morsels, but will also share practical advice and take home menu's so you can keep the vibe going!
