INVESTMENT: $60 (including HST)
RAIN DATE: We'll need to make the call to reschedule the retreat on Saturday morning.  The rain date is Sunday, September 30th.  If the rain date doesn't work for you, you can bank your registration for a future retreat or I will provide you with a refund. 

This urban retreat is designed to give you space to reconnect with your body and breath through yoga, recharge the batteries through meditation, nourish the body with great food, connect with community and have a great time! 

Nestled away on a beautiful street in Toronto, Lisa's home is a magic oasis. We'll be practicing yoga under the trees in a private backyard and enjoying our lunch on a stunning veranda. ​

This retreat will host a maximum of 10 people. We look forward to sharing this wellness reset with you! 

The schedule

  • 9:45-9:55            Settle in and enjoy and a welcome drink
  • 10:00                   Mindful Flow Yoga and Meditation with Kathy
  • 11:30                    Tasty and Nutritious Gluten-Free Brunch prepared by Lisa
​*Please note that the kitchen where the lunch is prepared is not a nut-free kitchen. 
Note: Schedule may shift slightly as the day unfolds, we are in no rush! 

HOw to register

Simply email via e-transfer the retreat fee of $60 (including tax) to [email protected] with Brunch Flow in the subject line.  
I  will send you a confirmation email once your booking has gone through with directions to the house and a few questions (like if you have dietary restrictions) Please note the Cancellation Policy below and that each participant will be required to sign a Waiver before participating in the retreat.

When Kathy is not leading mindful movement and breathwork classes and workshops on Zoom and across the city, she's hosting retreats around the world.
Having hosted almost 40 international, boutique retreats around the world, Kathy wanted to create something closer to home for those strapped on time (but long on lists!).
She created and launched first one day retreat in 2017.   Since then this program has brought hundreds of like-minded people together for a day of well-deserved connection. 

 
Kathy left the corporate world in 2004 to pursue her passion of wellness and travel and currently runs several wellness businesses. The Santosha Warrior One Day Retreats are part of her company:

Lisa believes that food brings people together and has a passion for facilitating connections in beautiful spaces.  As the mother of two young adults, she takes advantage of every opportunity to open her home and fill it with laughter, music and great conversation.
A committed yogi who loves to find connection with movement and breath, she's opening up her incredible home to host small female-empowered groups for wellness and connection.
Lisa can't wait to share her urban oasis with you! 
Lisa moved to Toronto in 2018 after five and a half years in Melbourne, Australia. Prior to that she spent her life mainly in western Canada.
In previous lives she's been a teacher, a volunteer in children’s health, the owner of a cake business, and a project manager.

CANCELLATION POLICY & RAIN DATE

The rain date will be determined. If that doesn't work for you, you'll receive a full refund. 

We get it, things happen!

If you need to cancel 7+ days prior to the start of the retreat, we will refund you 100%. (Please note: we will keep a nominal fee of $10 to cover a small portion of the administrative expenses).

  • 7 - 3 days before the retreat is due to start, you will receive a 50% refund or you can find another person to take your place and transfer your investment to them. 
  • 3 days (72 hours) before the retreat is due to start, it's non-refundable. 
         We encourage you to find another person to take your place and transfer your retreat investment to them.
