- 12:45 - 1:30 Rest & Play - swimming, hike, chill
- 1:30 - 2:45 Mindful Stretch (including passive yin poses) & Restorative Yoga with Guided Meditation
- 3:00 Depart feeling Recharged (no rush to leave! Feel free to linger)

Having hosted over 30 international, boutique retreats around the world, Kathy wanted to create something closer to home for those strapped on time (but long on lists!). She created and launched first one day retreat in 2017. Since then this program has brought hundreds of like-minded people together for a day of well-deserved connection. Kathy left the corporate world in 2004 to pursue her passion of wellness and travel and currently runs several wellness businesses. doris finDuring the past 15 years, Chef Doris Fin garnered a joy for cooking with quality, local, and seasonal ingredients and believes unity and connection is better cultivated when we know how, and by whom our food is grown. Doris offers interactive cooking classes, creative dinner events, and wholesome catered wellness retreats, while educating palates to appreciate natural flavours. Locally grown and happily raised ingredients play a major role in her menu development, for which Doris continually searches out the freshest and best ingredients. Our journey takes us outside of the big smoke and into the country. Nirvana Retreats is less than an hour from Toronto located near Bolton, Ontario. This beautiful and secluded 14 acre property in the Oak Ridges Morraine, has a beautiful pond, stunning facilities, and an infrared sauna for those who want to got full tilt on detox.

We get it, things happen!
If you need to cancel 7+ days prior to the start of the retreat, we will refund you 100%. (Please note: we will keep a nominal fee of $10 to cover a small portion of the administrative expenses).
However, please note that it may not be possible to accommodate any lunch modifications (we will try our
best!).

- 7 - 2 days before the boot camp is due to start, you will receive a 50% refund or you can find another person to take your place and transfer your boot camp investment to them.
